Protect and distribute family assets with a Revocable Living Trust! For years, financial planners and attorneys have used Trusts to pass property from one generation to the next without facing the uncertainty of probate. A Revocable Living Trust is more comprehensive than a Will, providing a safe and legal way to manage your assets while alive, then distribute those assets exactly as desired upon death. Standard Legal's easy-to-use software includes the documents and instructions necessary to create a Joint Trust or Single Trust based on marital status, whether you have children or not, your state of residence, and how/when/to whom you wish to distribute your assets. AMERICA'S BEST REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST LEGAL FORMS SOFTWARE A Living Trust allows you to legally decide two important issues regarding your wealth: how you want your assets and property managed while you are alive; and how you want your assets and property distributed after your death. A Living Trust can provide for the distribution of property upon your death, just like a Will. But a Living Trust is more effective in many ways. A Will only takes effect upon death, while a Revocable Living Trust provides the same ability to determine asset distribution upon death. Plus a Trust provides a tool for protecting and managing property and assets during your lifetime! A Living Trust empowers a designated Trustee to manage the Trust's assets and property for the benefit of you and your family. The Trustee can be anyone you choose -- including yourself! The asset management in a Living Trust covers any number of financial or property-based transactions: making one-time or recurring cash payments to a beneficiary; transferring assets upon a designated date; making financial moves under a specific set of circumstances; etc. Further, should you become physically or mentally incapacitated, a Living Trust is critical: it allows you to designate in advance how you want your estate handled without any direct court intervention or supervision. You stay in control of your assets by making decisions and outlining them within the Trust before any issue arises! The Probate Court is kept out of the management of your estate. Upon your death, the successor Trustee that you appoint within the Living Trust will act much like the executor of a Will. The Trustee will gather your assets, will pay any valid debts, claims and taxes, and will distribute your property and assets as you have clearly directed. More importantly, the structure of a Living Trust means the assets are owned by the Trust and are not part of the deceased person's estate.

Simply get the Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite AMD version and install it in your VMware virtual machine. The only freely available Mac OS X Yosemite AMD version is that one by Niresh. This works well but before it does you will need to change the bootloader and add hardware Kext. Right now, the newest iteration of OS X is 10.10, known as Yosemite. In this guide, we'll show you how to install Yosemite on your PC with the newly released 'Yosemite Zone' distro, from Niresh. The advantages of Unibeast vs. Yosemite Zone Yosemite is a distro, which is a pirated copy of Mac OS X that has been modified to work with a PC. We have previously published several guides and articles about running Mac OS X with VMware and VirtualBox on Windows PC,. As the latest Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan available as beta download for developers now, this post is to confirm that upgrading the existing Yosemite 10.10 on VMware works fine on Windows OS Intel platform. You can follow this guide to test drive the latest OS X 10.11 El Capitan on VMware workstation or VMware Player with your Windows 8.1, 7 or the upcoming physical computers. The latest OS X 10.11 will come mainly with “under-the-hoot” changes and improvements. You will not be seeing any major interface changes like how Yosemite brought few interface changes from earlier version. This new release is mainly focusing on performance improvement and faster app launching. This might make old Apple hardware owners happy. You can find more features and how the performance improvement have been incorporated in the As we can’t expect the same Apple hardware performance and working experience on still it’s clearly showing the performance boost inside VMware workstation with Windows 8.1 than earlier OS X versions. How This Works? As of now, we could not figured out the fresh installation method of OS X 10.11 on VMware workstation. This might required to out of the downloaded package from Apple App store. We are skipping the method here. What we are going to do is, just upgrade the existing Yosemite on VMware workstation. You can find the way of can be installed on VMware workstation. Test Drive Steps for El Capitan on VMware Workstation 1) Maker sure you have the OS X 10.10 on VMware workstation. The following guides will be helpful to have it. Here is the version I have on VMware workstation 10 with my Windows 8.1 64bit PC. 2) Since this is for experimenting and learning purpose to see what’s new on El Capitan and how it works on VMware workstation, you have two better option to play safely. A) Take a snapshot before you proceed anything, this will help in reverting back the virtual machine to earlier state if the installation of OS X 10.11 failed. B) and create a new VM out of it. Therefore, the earlier OS X 10.10 virtual machine will be safe and you can play with the newly created VM from cloning and installing El Capitan on it. 3) Download the OS X 10.11 El Capitan. Currently its available for Apple developers only. You can download and start the installation from App store inside Mac virtual machine. Remember to take the snapshot. As you aware, this version also will be free for Mac OS X users. The Mac mini had not seen a major update in so long (2014!) that many Mac watchers had assumed Apple's littlest desktop would just die quietly of neglect. This revision of the Mac mini doesn't look as radical on the outside as the MacBook Air's hard reboot (it only comes in space gray and looks much like its predecessor), but it gets an oversize component upgrade across the board. Let's dig in. What's Inside the New Mac Mini? More Core (and more-core) power is the big story here. In these days of eight-core/16-thread mainstream CPUs like the, gaudy core/thread counts on desktop PCs are not unusual. I wouldn't call the raw counts on the 2018 Mac mini quite that, but a four-core minimum (in a lean Core i3 SKU that I suspect most mini loyalists will bypass for the six-core beef) and the option to bounce that up is very promising for a machine of this size. Apple did not specify which if any of the new chips (four-core or hexa-core) support Hyper-Threading, but gauging from the claims of up to '5x better performance,' I will hazard a guess that some, if not all, support the thread-doubling tech. [UPDATE: I confirmed with Apple on Oct 31 that all but the top-end Core i7 CPU choice do NOT support Hyper-Threading. So the base-model Core i3 is a four-core/four-thread chip, and the six-core Core i5 is six/six.] In some of the demos I witnessed, the core-crunching power was on full display. Apple's music-creation software, according to a rep I spoke with, is among the Apple software most highly extensible to using all available cores, and it managed a 100-plus-track song from Beck with aplomb. This, of course, was a six-core model doing on-the-fly manipulation to maximum effect. In addition, some of Intel's late additions to its recent-gen CPUs include specialized optimizations for video encoding, so Apple is making claims of, in some cases, immense gains for conversion tasks such as HEVC encoding, with help in that regard from the T2 security chip in the machine, which lends some dedicated hardware. Chalk that up to the new silicon. Netflix by Netflix, Inc. Is a mobile app that gives you the possibility to watch your favorite movies, TV shows and trailers from Netflix directly on your mobile phone. Even though Netflix for Mac has not been released. Find the best free videos about netflix app for mac mini. Pexels Videos offers a lot of free stock footage that you can use for your personal and commercial project. One surprise, and a bit of a bummer, is the reliance, across the board, in the Mac mini on Intel's integrated graphics. The Mac minis up and down the line lean on Intel's UHD Graphics 630 for their video acceleration. Now, for basic display-output purposes, this is a very capable solution. It will power up to three 4K monitors (two over Thunderbolt 3 and one on HDMI 2.0), or one 5K panel (on Thunderbolt 3) and one 4K (on HDMI). But for applications that benefit from dedicated graphics silicon for GPU-accelerated performance, or for Mac gaming, Intel UHD anything is not a powerhouse. That said, the Thunderbolt 3 ports on the Mac mini support external graphics cards, or eGPUs, so the potential for better is there. But I rather expected to see an implementation of some kind of AMD Radeon RX graphics, at least as an option on an upper SKU, like with the MacBook Pros. If a Mac laptop can do it, I'd expect its latest mighty-mite desktop to, as well. Plus, you can configure a Mac mini as high as $4,199. (I did that, for kicks. That gets you a six-core Core i7, 64GB of RAM, a 2TB SSD, and 10-gigabit Ethernet.) Paying that much for a desktop with integrated graphics— integrated graphics!—seems wildly ludicrous. Beyond the processor-muscle uptick and the decisions around graphics acceleration, the Mac mini is now getting 2,666MHz RAM. The standard complement is 8GB, upgradable at time of purchase to 16GB, 32GB, or 64GB, the latter a new ceiling for the Mac mini and a presumptive boon for renderers, demanding musicians, and media editors. An Apple rep I spoke with noted that the RAM is technically not meant to be user-upgradable, but Apple is implementing the RAM here as SO-DIMMs—that is, not soldered down. So it's conceivable that the usual-suspect aftermarket Mac-upgrade sellers like OWC or Crucial could sell kits and instructions that would allow for daring users to crack the case and boost the RAM if they need more later. (The memory itself is DDR4.) Storage Loadout, Pricing Details This is an interesting aspect of the 2018 Mac mini. If using Word 2007, click the Office button and then click Word Options; if using Word 2010 or above, click File – Options. Click Proofing, then click the AutoCorrect Options button. Click the AutoFormat As You Type tab. In MS Word 2003, if I highlight a word/paragraph and press the Backspace button it doesn't delete the text. If I highlight a word/paragraph and type another word it doesn't delete the highlighted word/para. I'm forced to use the Delete button now. The Backspace button used to be my go to button- loved it. In Firefox, Windows, anywhere else I can still use Backspace as before; only Windows has this problem. Another problem that I just notice is that I can press Tab to indent a paragraph, but when I try to use Shift+Tab to bring it back it simply pushes the text further to the right, as if I'd just pressed Tab again. Again this is only in Word. Maybe related? I must have made some change but don't know what I did. I really don't remember doing anything out of the ordinary. Does anyone know how to change this setting? I was in the middle of typing a long document without any issues. All of a sudden, I can't use my backspace key to delete text. I tried to do as suggested: Go into Tools>Options>Edit and check Typing replaces selection. The box was already checked but I unchecked and rechecked it just in case. Did not work. I copied and pasted the document into a new Word document - did not work. I notice when I open a brand new document the same thing happens in randome places on the document. It has become so difficult to type and correct errors, it is driving me crazy. Any suggestions would be welcome - using Word 2010. So, I know this thread is old, but i could not find much else on this topic and wanted to share my answers. It turns out, I could not delete on specific documents or replace text and my replace text box was checked and everything working. Then one day I thought about how old word programs worked and how the insert button could deter deleting. I hit my insert button on that document and then VOILA!! I could delete the text and everything again. So days and days of research and it was simply the insert key. Word includes a handy-dandy tool on the toolbar that allows you to add bullets to a paragraph in a jiffy, and just as easily remove them. Unfortunately, there is no just-as-easy way to do the same thing using the keyboard. If you are bound and determined to use the keyboard to apply (and remove) bullets, there are a couple of things you can look at. The first is to use styles and define keystrokes that apply your styles. There are numerous other benefits to using styles, but most of those have been covered in other WordTips. Closely related to this approach are two built-in shortcuts provided by Word. If you press Ctrl+Shift+L, Word is supposed to automatically apply the predefined List Bullet style to your paragraph. Unfortunately, there are many reports of this not working reliably. (On some systems it won't apply the style, even though the shortcut is still 'attached' to it.) To remove bullets, you could also use the Ctrl+Shift+N shortcut, which applies the Normal style. While these may work for what you want done, they don't take the same approach to formatting as the Bullets tool on the toolbar. If you want to have that same functionality from the keyboard, you must customize your keyboard. You do this by displaying the Customize Keyboard dialog box. (See Figure 1.) How you display the dialog box depends on the version of Word you are using. The Customize Keyboard dialog box. • If you are using a version of Word prior to Word 2007, choose Tools| Customize| Keyboard button. • If you are using Word 2007, click the Office button and then click Word Options. In the Word Options dialog box, click Customize and then click the Customize button. Once the Customize Keyboard dialog box is displayed, follow these steps: • In the Categories list, choose Formatting. • In the Commands list, choose FormatBulletDefault. • Click in the Press New Shortcut Key box. • Press the keystroke you want to use to apply bullets. Alt+B is a good choice, since it is not in use on a default Word system. • Click on Assign. Android local multiplayer games are played by multiple people either on the same device, or through a local connection such as local Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. These games can be excellent at parties, at family gatherings or when the Internet is down. AirConsole turns your computer into a local multiplayer console and your smartphone into a controller Have you ever wanted to play a game on your PC and control it with your smartphone. Meet, the virtual web-based gaming console that turns any browser into a local multiplayer gaming experience and your smartphone into decent controllers. To play simply go to the AirConsole website and get the code to connect as many smartphones as possible. The limit is based on how many simultaneous players a game supports. While you can use your smartphone’s web browser (AirConsole doesnt support Windows Phone) to connect to the AirConsole running on your computer or tablet, AirConsole has also released dedicated mobile apps for both. If you dont want to download the App, try UC Browser as it gives the best result with AirConsole. Right now AirConsole has limited catalogue of games and basically all are browser games. AirConsole says that any Unity 3D game is compatible with it. All it needs is for the AirConsole developers to port the games, and they’re promising a lot more are coming soon. But if you’re tired of waiting, there is still some way to extract enjoyment from AirConsole, whether by yourself or with others. One of the default games is actually an NES emulator and you can drag and drop any NES game, as long as you have the ROM for it. The USP of AirConsole is its simplicity. After all, all you need is a big screen that can display a browser and an Internet connection. Almost everyone has a smartphone in their pocket these days anyway. Local Multiplayer (not LAN) - Gaming with multiple players using a single device/console/pc/steammachine Heres a list of Catagorys: Local Multiplayer - Multiplayer that accommodates multiple players and controllers connected to the same device, PC or Console. (Co-Op or Versus) Local Split-Screen Multiplayer - The players are allocated a section of a screen. Local Shared-Screen Multiplayer - The players share the same in-game camera. Local Dynamic-Screen Multiplayer - a combination of split and shared screen that usually splits when the players in-game get too far apart (Lego: Lord of the Rings). Local Multi-Screen Multiplayer - The players are allocated a full screen each, but still attached to the same device locally. Local Whole-Screen 3D-2D Multiplayer - this term is still undecided, watch video to find out what it is -> Local Hot-seat/Turn-based multiplayer - The players take it in turns to play, using the whole screen (Worms, Burnout Paradise). Local with Online Multiplayer - local multiplayer that accommodates multiple players and controllers connected to the same device but also connected to other players online. Local with LAN Multiplayer - local multiplayer that accommodates multiple players and controllers connected to the same device but also connected to other players over a LAN. Local VR (Virtual Reality) Multiplayer - Similar to 'Local Multi-Screen Multiplayer', multiple VR headsets such as 'Oculus Rift' can be plugged into the same device/pc/console/steammachine. Hopefully Local Multiplayer will become an official catagory on the Steam Store and Big Picture. A list of non-steam game, local multiplayers is coming soon. Stay tuned for updates and new games added to the list. 19 July, 2015 - Tonton| 3 Comments Howdy partners We need your help! Please sign this petition for local split-screen multiplayer on PC in the new Call of Duty: Black Ops 3. I think we can all agree that the PC is more than capable for Local Multiplayer gaming, whether its on your TV or maybe you have a large monitor. For years Activision has been pulling the split-screen feature from the COD franchise on PC but not from consoles, even keeping it in for last-gen consoles. In some cases, the PC has more advantages to local split-screen multiplayer than consoles do, for example: Higher resolutions - 4K = 1080p PerPerson with a 4-Player split Uncapped Performance - Higher framerates and graphics on split-screen Controller Choice - Mix and Match PS3, PS4, 360, XB1 and Steam Controller Custom Maps/Mods - Endless maps, gameplay alterations = replay value Portabilty - Gaming Laptops are more practical to carry around with you on the go, why not plug it into a friends TV if you have it with you and play some split-screen, they might already have the controllers too! There is no good reason to remove split-screen multiplayer on a PC multiplat. It's not fair to expect PC gamers to pay so much more for multiple copies of the game and multiple gaming PC's just so we can achieve the split-screen experience at home, when console players can just pay a fraction of the price. Its not practical either to stack 2 screens on top of 2 screens while wasting over 4x more energy because we have to use 4 PC's at a time for 4-player when having a controller match on the couch/sofa. Note If you allow your users to sync personal OneDrive accounts, the update process described in this article and any settings you select apply to all instances of the sync client. The sync client installed from the Mac App Store follows a separate update process. After we finish rolling out updates within the Production ring, we publish them to the Mac App Store, where they're immediately released to everyone. How we release updates through multiple rings After we validate updates through rings within Microsoft, we release them to the first public ring, Insiders. To try these latest features, join the or the program. Sep 27, 2016 - When you install the OneDrive app for Mac, a copy of your OneDrive is downloaded to your Mac and put in the OneDrive folder. This folder is. It takes about 3 days to roll out to this ring. Later, we release to organizations in the default update ring, Production. We roll them out to a small percentage of users in the ring at first, and slowly roll them out to everyone in the ring. This typically takes one to two weeks. At each increase along the way, we monitor telemetry for quality assurance purposes. In the rare case we detect an issue, we suspend the release, address the issue, and release a new update to users in the same order. After updates have completely rolled out within the Production ring, we release them to the next ring, Enterprise. The Enterprise ring provides builds that have been monitored throughout the Production rollout, so fewer releases are suspended. The Enterprise ring also lets you as an admin: • Control when you deploy updates (within 60 days of their release). • Deploy new versions from an internal network location to avoid using Internet bandwidth. (If you don't deploy an update after 60 days, it will be automatically downloaded and installed.) However, as the slowest ring, the Enterprise ring receives performance improvements, reliability fixes, and new features last. Note Microsoft reserves the right to bypass the 60-day grace period for critical updates. To learn how to set the Enterprise ring for the Windows sync client using Group Policy, see. To learn how to set it for the Mac sync client, see. For info about the Office 365 update process, see. For info about the Windows 10 update process, see. How the sync client checks for and applies updates The OneDrive sync client checks for available updates every 24 hours when it's running. If it has stopped and hasn't checked for updates in more than 24 hours, the sync client will check for updates as soon as it's started. Windows 10 also has a scheduled task that updates the sync client even when it's not running. To determine if an update is available, the OneDrive sync client checks if: • The latest version released to the update ring is higher than what's installed on the computer. If the installed version is too old to be updated to the current version, the sync client will first be updated to the minimum version within the ring. • The update is available to the computer based on the rollout percentage we set within the ring. If both of these are true, OneDrive downloads the update to a hidden folder without any user interaction. After the download is complete, OneDrive verifies and installs it. If OneDrive is running, it's stopped and then restarted. Users don't need to sign in again, and they don't need administrative rights to install the update. For info about the latest releases, see. Note To apply sync client updates, computers in your organization must be able to reach the following: 'oneclient.sfx.ms' and 'g.live.com.' Make sure you don't block these URLs. They are also used to enable and disable features and apply bug fixes.. Deploying updates in the Enterprise ring At any given time, the next planned Enterprise ring release is published on the page with a link to the corresponding installer and the target date when that version will be released. On the specified date, the 'Rolling out' version for the Enterprise ring becomes the new minimum. All sync clients below that version will automatically download the installer from the Internet and update themselves. To deploy an updated version of the sync client for Windows, run the following command using System Center Configuration Manager: Execute OneDriveSetup.exe /update /restart Where pathToExecutable is a location on the local computer or an accessible network share and OneDriveSetup.exe is the target version downloaded from the release notes page. Running this command restarts OneDrive.exe on all computers. If you don't want to restart the sync client, remove the /restart parameter. See for tips on how to set up the SCCM deployment package. To deploy an updated version of the sync client for Mac, deploy the OneDrive.pkg with the target version by using your MDM solution.
